Two Penthouses, 10 Lancelot Place, Knightsbridge, London
We are currently working on 10 Lancelot Place, Knightsbridge, 
London installing a crestron system to control a Leax light dimming system, Galaxy alarm system, BPT intercom system and a North Building Management System in each Penthouse Apartment. Control panels allow individual selection and adjustment of lighting scenes throughout both Penthouses. Whilst the video intercom is fully integrated in to the Crestron control system allowing two way audio communication, camera viewing from the font door and door release. In the event of an alarm condition the Galaxy alarm system reports back the actual room name allowing easy location of a fault or intruder. North Building Management integration allows the user to adjust temperature set points and ventilation for any room with an easy to use interface.
Pre-wired to allow easy MultiRoom Audio Visual Installation
We have been working with the development company since the start of the build to ensure each
apartment is pre-wired for any audio visual requirement. Speakers installed in every room are simply waiting for the home owner to commission us to install distribution equipment.
We will have a thorough case study, including pictures, as soon as the project is complete.
